Seeking support is an act of courage, and my goal is to help you not just cope, but truly thrive. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where we work together toward your unique values and goals.
I use a trauma-informed, mind-body, strengths-based approach — meaning I see you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. I believe you already have the capacity for healing within you, and my job is to help you access it. I work with you to address root causes rather than just managing symptoms. I’m trained in EMDR and Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy, and have a particular passion for neuroplastic chronic pain and health concerns, with advanced training in Pain Reprocessing Therapy.
I’m licensed in Colorado and Arizona and work one-on-one with adults and teens 14+, offering in-person sessions in Colorado and telehealth in both states.
Outside of work, I love yoga, Pilates, hiking, ceramics, travel, and animals.
