My work offers a space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what is ready to shift. I work with individuals and couples to support transformation on multiple levels.

 

I graduated from Naropa University with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, concentrating in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling. Naropa’s contemplative, experiential program deeply shaped my practice—integrating mindfulness meditation, somatic awareness, Gestalt principles, and transpersonal psychology to honor the full spectrum of human experience: mind, body, spirit, and the interconnected web of life.

 

My therapeutic style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and holistic. I draw from different approaches such as Internal Family Systems(IFS) to support individuals and couples in navigating life’s deepest challenges—whether burnout from high-achieving careers, relational wounds, grief, anxiety, depression, or self-esteem struggles.

Before stepping into this calling, I spent a decade on Wall Street and in high-level finance roles. That chapter taught me discipline, resilience, and the limits of external success—ultimately leading to a profound awakening and the courage to reinvent myself. Today, I blend that grounded precision with mystic reverence for the inner world, offering a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their authentic selves, release old patterns, and awaken to greater freedom, compassion, and connection. I came to understand that healing is not about what is broken, because none of us are broken, but about reclaiming what has been buried and patiently giving it room to grow through courage, compassion, curiosity, and time.
