You deserve a therapeutic relationship where you can heal and grow and not just talk about healing and growing. Mental health is not the absence of difficult thoughts and/or troubling emotions that one can reason or talk away. Mental health is also not just an intellectual experience. Mental health is a full body integrated and compassionate relationship with those thoughts and/or emotions.

I am a graduate student intern at Colorado Christian University, currently completing my practicum in counseling.  If you are seeking to add a biblically based spiritual component to your counseling journey, I can provide that as well.  I pull from a broad spectrum of counseling theories to find what works for you & I. Most of all, I want you to feel safe, understood, and supported.  You will find me down-to-earth, direct, warm, & sometimes even a little humorous when it helps lighten the load.  My hope is that our work together helps you move beyond just surviving and toward a life that feels grounded, authentic and connected.

Life outside of the office is often on the go.  I have two tweenagers that enjoy volleyball, baseball, track, softball, karate, basketball, church youth groups & cross country depending on the season.  We also have a sweet little pooch named Bear that you may get a chance to meet at the office.

If you are ready, I would be honored to walk this path with you.
