I’m Lily, a clinical social worker in Denver, CO. I believe everyone deserves a warm, safe space where they can speak freely to process life's experiences, gain self-awareness, and receive support as they move along their path to personal growth. That is what I strive to provide for my clients! I am passionate about helping others and believe the best way to do so is in a collaborative manner that involves education, encouragement, and careful listening. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, teens, as well as adults through whatever challenge they may be facing.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University in 2019 and earned my Master of Social Work degree with a clinical focus from Florida State University in 2021. My approach to therapy is strengths based and person centered. I aim to take a holistic approach to treatment that is mindful of the mind-body connection. I draw from a variety of treatment models to allow for an experience unique to each individual’s needs and preferences. Together, we will explore how past experiences, thought and/or behavior patterns, and core beliefs shape your present-day life experience and evaluate where there could be room for growth to better serve you.
