Life is a continuous journey full of twists and turns – I want to join alongside you in your journey! I believe that we all are resilient and capable of enacting the changes we want in our lives. I take an affirming and strength-based approach to therapy and strive to meet my client where they're at with the understanding that they are the expert in their life and capable of healing.

I have extensive experience working with teens, adults, families, and couples. In therapy, I strive to provide culturally relevant, gender-affirming, and LGBTQ+-affirming therapy. I use an eclectic approach, gravitating toward tenants of collaborative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), all through a systemic lens. The clients that I typically work with come from diverse backgrounds and present with an array of concerns, including but certainly not limited to anxiety, depression, relational dynamics, infidelity, parenting changes, nontraditional family styles, LGBTQ+, kink, polyamory, non-monogamous relationships, alternative lifestyles, marginalized populations, underserved populations, and the list continues. No matter what brings you to therapy, if this is your first time or fourth time, healing is always possible, and you are capable of enacting change in your life.

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate and a Board Certified Transgender Care Therapist through ITCA (International Transgender Certification Association). I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology in 2015 from the University of Colorado Denver. From there I went on to complete a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Phoenix in 2018. In 2022 I earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. I am currently enrolled at the International Institute of Clinical Sexology as a Ph.D. student in Clinical Sexology with a specialization in Kink Conscious Therapy.
