I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology in 2015 from the University of Colorado - Denver.  From there I went on to complete a master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2018, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University in 2022. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, families, and couples. In therapy, using an eclectic approach, I tend to gravitate toward tenants of collaborative therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), all through a systemic lens. The clients that I typically work with come from diverse backgrounds and present with an array of concerns, including but certainly not limited to anxiety, depression, self-harm, trauma, relational dynamics, infidelity, parenting changes, nontraditional family styles, LGBTQ+, marginalized populations, underserved populations, and the list continues.

Life is a continuous journey that is full of twists and turns – I want to join alongside your journey! I believe that we all are resilient and capable of enacting the changes that we want in our lives. I take an affirming, collaborative and strength-based approach to therapy and strive to meet my client where they're at, understanding that they are the expert in their life and capable of healing. No matter what brings you to therapy, if this is your first time or fourth time, healing is always possible, and you are capable of enacting change in your life.
