Each one of us has the potential to live a life of health and freedom. Sometimes we need additional support from a professional to learn the necessary tools. I graduated with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis University. I have worked in the mental health field for five years, including clinical experience at community mental health centers, school-based counseling services, outpatient counseling services, and case management work.
I work with people of all ages, and my passion is working with kids and teens who struggle with emotional, social, and behavioral difficulties. I help my clients work on relationship issues, divorce, bullying, self-esteem, life transitions, academic difficulties, and distress tolerance. I work from an eclectic approach using different tools and methods to best meet your needs.
